Today’s mask review is one that is meant for ‘nutrition.’ I was really excited to try this one, since it is for nutrition, because it just sounds like it would be more of a well-rounded mask instead of just targeting specific needs. Sometimes it is nice to just use a mask for a specific reason like pores, brightening or moisturizing. However, I think that having a mask such as this and incorporating it regularly will help even more with improving the skin’s overall health. It would be sort of a “killing two birds with one stone” sort of deal. To find out if it really is as great as I think it should be just keep on reading…

This sheet mask is pretty similar to last week’s tomato mask. The tomato mask was for “radiance” while this lemon mask is for “brightening.” This mask is “rich in amino acids, which effectively keeps the skin hydrated, revitalized, and radiant. By attaching the mask to the skin, it fills in lines and gaps, making it appear smoother while also improving its tone and colour. It contains Lemon extract that promotes a brighter and healthier complexion for a better overall skin tone.” This claim is practically identical to the tomato mask so I was kind of expecting them to be the same. While there were some similarities, I did start to realize what the difference was between radiance and brightening.

For the past few weeks I have been writing reviews on some Tony Moly sheet masks I purchased recently, and today I’m continuing with another sheet mask. The first two I tried out weren’t bad but I didn’t feel like they really helped out my skin in any special way to make them stand out amongst the rest. I was a little bummed after trying them but still hopeful with this tomato sheet mask. This mask is meant to help with radiance which is one quality I am always on the lookout for when it comes to face masks. Luckily, this mask did indeed deliver and restored my enthusiasm for trying out the rest of the masks that I purchased. More on the other masks coming in the weeks ahead, but for now, keep reading to find out more about this tomato sheet mask.

Last week started my “second round” of trying out some sheet masks from Tony Moly. A few months ago I tried some out and I enjoyed them so much that I purchased some more. Amazon has a great deal where you can purchase 11 Tony Moly masks for a very reasonable price so if you’re looking for some new masks to try out I would highly recommend checking it out. Today’s mask is another from the “I’m Real” line and is the Broccoli mask which is meant to help with skin vitality.

A few months ago I tried out some Tony Moly face masks for the first time (click HERE to see those reviews). Since I enjoyed quite a few of them I was eager to try out some more. On Amazon I found a set with 11 of their masks for a very reasonable price, most of which I hadn’t tried yet, so I decided to purchase it. For the next two months I’ll be writing reviews for each of the masks so make sure you check back every Friday for a new post. To get started, today I’m writing a review for their Red Wine sheet mask which is meant to help with pore care.

Every year Sephora offers a birthday gift to their customers who are signed up to be a “Beauty Insider.” Sephora offers two different sets to choose from, usually one is makeup and the other is skin care, and this year the sets are from Tarte and Caudalie. I’ve recently been trying out quite a few new skin care products so I chose the Tarte gift set. I think the only product I’ve tried from Tarte is their Amazonian Clay foundation, which I really like, so I was excited to try out some more products from the brand. The set includes one of their Amazonian Clay Blushes in “Paaarty” and one of their Tarteist Creamy Matte Lip Paints in “Birthday Suit.”

I received this sample mascara a little while ago and was excited to try it out. I have used a few bareMinerals products in the past but I’ve never tried one of their mascara’s before. To be completely honest, I never willingly buy mascara that isn’t “drugstore.” I just don’t think it’s necessary, but I’m willing to give a sample a try because you never know when a product will surprise you and turn out to be better than expected. I personally love volumizing mascara’s so I’m always interested in trying new ones out to see how they all compare. So, how does this mascara compare? Click inside to find out!

Last week I posted a review on the ColourPop Mile High eye shadow set (click HERE) that I purchased recently, and for today’s post I’m going to review some more of their Lippie Stix colors that I purchased as well. The last time I purchased some Lippie Stix I chose two darker shades for fall (A deep red and purple) so this time I wanted to purchase lighter shades that I would be more prone to wearing on a daily basis. The two colors I purchased last time were also matte finishes so I hoped I could find some colors that I liked in the other formulas. I ended up choosing two nude shades (one matte finish and one glossy) and then a pink shade (glossy finish). I also purchased their lip primer, which I actually meant to purchase my first time but forgot. I wanted to find out how well it actually “primed” the lips and if it actually makes a difference when wearing the Lippie Stix shades.

I first tried out products from ColourPop a year ago and since then I wanted to try out some more. Finally, a few months ago, I made a purchase and decided to try some more eye shadows and lip products. I was pretty impressed with the products I had already purchased so I was excited to try out some more. For the eye shadows I decided to purchase one of their value sets instead of picking the shadows out individually. I loved the selection of colors in their Mile High set so I decided to purchase that one. Last time I purchased some brighter colors so I thought this time I should purchase more “natural” colors since I wear those the most. I will do a review on the lip products next week so make sure you check back for that. For now though, check out my opinion on the Mile High Eye Shadow set…

In case you didn’t know, I have become a huge fan of the skincare brand Mario Badescu. I discovered the brand a few years ago and have tried quite a few products of the brand. I have been using their Acne Fighting Cleanser since I first tried the brand out. That cleanser has helped my skin out so much and has done everything it claims to do. However, for the past 6 months or so, I’ve been feeling like my skin needs have changed a bit. Finally, a few months ago, I decided I wanted to incorporate some products that would hopefully help to brighten up my complexion; which is why I chose the Glycolic Foaming Cleanser and the Glycolic Acid Toner.
