Recently I purchased some facial masks from Tony Moly and did my first review last week. I first tried out the Luminating Sheet Mask, which you can check out HERE. The second mask I tried out was this Makgeolli Skin Purifying Sheet Mask. As I stated in last week’s post, I wasn’t too impressed with the Luminating mask so I was a little uncertain about whether or not I was going to like the other masks I had purchased. However, after trying this mask I was so much happier and had more faith in this brand. It really shows that you shouldn’t judge a brand by one product because not every product will work with everyone’s skin.

A few weeks ago I decided to purchase some new skin care products. I did some searching and decided that I wanted to try some Tony Moly facial masks. I hear all the time how Korean skin care is one of the best out there so I thought I’d try some of these masks out. I purchased six of them (most from the “I’m Real” range) and today I’ll be reviewing the “Luminating” Pearl Mask Sheet. I ordered all these masks off the Ulta website and according to their site this is a “new” product (I didn’t see it on the Tony Moly website). I was a little disappointed because this package already had a tear in it when I received it, so I was worried that all the serum would be gone or dried up, but luckily there weren’t any problems.

Ok, so, I’ve never really been a fan of face primers. I’ve tried a few over the years and while I didn’t feel that they were terrible, I also didn’t feel like they really did much in terms of helping my makeup look better or last longer. I know that part of that is because certain primers will work better with certain foundations and I guess I never really found a primer that worked well with the foundations I used. Similar to last week’s review, in which my mother purchased the product and then I tried it, this Maybelline product was first purchased by my mom but then given to me. Otherwise, I probably wouldn’t have even tried this but I’m glad I did.

I can’t believe I haven’t done a review on this product since I’ve been using it for quite a few months now. For the past few years I have been using the MAC Pro Longwear concealer, but every now and then I’ve tried some cheaper alternatives that didn’t quite compare. I love that the Pro Longwear has such high coverage and even though it’s a bit expensive it really does last for quite a while. One problem that I felt I was having with the Pro Longwear though was that it seemed to make my skin look oily at the end of the day. For that reason I was really considering trying more concealers. I knew I still wanted a high coverage concealer but I also wanted it to feel more lightweight than the Pro Longwear.

For the longest time I have wanted the 350 eye shadow palette from Morphe Brushes and I was finally able to purchase it a few weeks ago. This is probably the most talked about and showcased palette that I have seen around on social media for quite some time. In the past I have purchased quite a few of the single eye shadows from Morphe and fell in love with them. I had heard that the eye shadows in the palettes are even better so I’ve wanted to purchase one for quite some time and figured this palette would be the best. This palette has a wide variety of eye shadows; from light to dark, (mostly) warm to (some) cool tones, and matte to shimmer, while also having a great assortment of colors from a pale white to a vivid orange, a deep burgundy to a dark brown, and everything in between.

Today is my last post on reviewing some of the new Urban Decay Vice Lipstick colors that I received in a sample box a while ago. I have been trying out the different colors and formulas and I am so in love with these lipsticks. To see Part 1, click HERE, and to see Part 2, click HERE. The colors in today’s post are nudes, browns and pinks. I will definitely be purchasing quite a few of these colors in the future because I have been so impressed with how these feel on my lips and the colors themselves. If you haven’t tried out these lipsticks yet then I highly recommend you do. Make sure you check out my other two posts to see the beautiful purple, pink, red and orange colors I tried out as well.

In last week’s post I mentioned about receiving a sample box with 24 colors from Urban Decay’s Vice Lipstick range and did a review on the first eight colors in the box (click HERE). Today I’m going to be reviewing the next eight colors which are mostly red tones. I really loved the first colors I tried so I was super excited to try out even more. As I’ve mentioned before, this is my first time trying these lipsticks from Urban Decay and I have been so impressed with the colors as well as the different formulas. Next week I’ll be reviewing the last eight colors which are mostly nude and soft pink colors so make sure you check back for that review as well.

A few weeks ago I received a sample in the mail that has 24 of the Urban Decay Vice Lipstick colors. I was super excited to try them out because I’ve never tried the Urban Decay Lipsticks before. The sample box has a nice range of colors to try out which is great. There are purples, reds, pinks, oranges, nudes and everything in between. I figured I would try these colors out and do a review on the colors. For today’s post I’m reviewing the first 8 colors that came in the sample box. Next week I’ll do the second 8 and then the following week I’ll review the last 8 colors.

A little while ago I purchased some more NYX products to add to my collection. NYX is a great affordable brand with great quality so I love purchasing products from them as often as I can. I’ve posted reviews on all the products I have so far which you can check out HERE, HERE and HERE if you’re interested. This time I picked up some eye liners, lip liners and their Whipped lip and cheek Soufflé. As with the majority of their products, these did not disappoint.

In case you didn’t know, I have been a fan of the beauty Youtuber Shannon Harris, a.k.a. Shaaanxo, for quite a few years now. I like to support her when I can by either purchasing brushes from her company XOBeauty or products from different brands/companies that she has collaborated with. I have done one review a while ago on the brushes I purchased (click HERE) and another on her lip gloss Candy Kiss (click HERE). When I found out she was creating a palette with BH Cosmetics I was super excited. I’ve purchased other products from BH Cosmetics before which are great quality and reasonably priced. Therefore, I knew I had to get my hands on the Shaaanxo palette as soon as it was released. If you’re curious about this palette or just looking for a great eyeshadow and lipstick palette for a good price then this post is for you!
